Никогда бы не поверила, что собирать мотоциклы такое интересное и творческое дело. На фотографиях они кажутся еще красивее, чем по ТВ.
Конечно, главный козырь этого шоу - колоритная троица Тойтулов и их постоянные наезды друг на друга.
Но сам процесс создания машины с нуля - от приблизительного эскиза до готовой модели увлекает невероятно, сразу хочется тоже что-нибудь сделать руками.

В блестящем стиле победил сегодня Николай Морилов на третьем этапе Тур де Ски, который мгновения назад завершился в центре Праги. В спринтерской коньковой гонки Николай оставил позади таких ассов спринта, как Симен Ёстенсен и олимийский чемпион Тур Арне Хетланд. Андрей Парфенов остановился в шаге от пьедестала. У женщин победила итальянка Арианна Фоллис. На втором месте Пирьо Муранен, третья - лидер общего зачета Тура Марит Бьорген. Лучшая из россиянок Наталья Коростелева - четвертая в финале В.

В финале спринта бежали трое наших и трое норвежцев. Как радовался Морилов - это надо было видеть!

Ходили покупать подарки. Купили в т. ч. Особенности национальной охоты и все остальные фильмы Рогожкина, все аддоны к The Sims 2.

А особенно я запала на розовую лысую складчатую крысу-сфинкса. Очень хочется такую, но дома меня не поймут.

Заставили, конечно, вчера поволноваться. Катя - молодец, у Димки как всегда стойка хромает, зато оба очень быстрые. Показали, как Катя закрывала глаза руками, когда он на последней стойке три мимо настрелял.
Очень порадовалась, что показали Свена Фишера, прям как родного увидела!
Переживала еще за Грайса и его напарницу (Preussler), хотелость, чтобы у него был результат.
В общем масса эмоций и все кончилось хорошо, просто отлично!
Сижу сейчас - посылаю SMS за Димку.

На втором этапе Тур де Ски, который мужской коньковой гонкой преследования завершился сегодня в чешском Нове Место, местную публику порадовал хозяин трассы Лукаш Бауэр, сразу оторвавшийся от преследовавшего его Акселя Тайхманна и финишировавший с отрывом около минуты. А вот за остальные места на пьедестале завязалась серьезная борьба, в которой преуспели шведы Маркус Хеллнер и Андерс Сёдергрен, ставшие соответственно вторым и третьим. Максим Вылегжанин на четертом месте остановился в шаге от пьедестала.

Cody's Old School Project was a motorcycle built by Orange County Choppers on the American reality television show American Chopper. The Chopper is based around a Harley Davidson replica frame. It has an 88ci (cubic inch) pan head motor that delivers 40 horsepower through a chain drive to the back wheel. It also features a springer front end, sportster style tank, old style ape hanger handlebars and foot clutch/suicide shift. Detailing includes a deep maroon paint job and gold-leaf accenting.

Most of the fabrication on this bike was done by OCC's student intern, Cody Connolly, as a joint project with Paul Sr. The bike was originally Paul Sr.'s idea, one that he came up with when the first project bike Connolly worked on with Paul Jr. was sold at Daytona Bike Week. Connolly had contributed several ideas to the style of that bike, so much so, that both Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. were left very impressed with the student's capability for design. Paul Sr., recognizing that Cody had also become quite attached to the green chopper, purchased all the materials, helped Cody build the bike and then gave it to him and then later took it back after the tapes stopped rolling as stated by Connelly himself on his website forums

Mikey's Bike was a motorcycle built by Orange County Choppers on the American reality television show American Chopper in Season 1[1]. Mike Teutul made his entrance into the world of custom bike building with this blues-themed chopper. Originally supposed to be helped by his brother, Paul Teutul Jr., he eventually grows fed up with his brother's lack of assistance on the project and enlists various members of the Orange County Choppers staff (Mikey commented on how helpful Christian Welter was) to create this unique bike from a wholly new perspective for OCC[1].

Mikey made sure the paint job was beautiful and different. Being a blues bike, the bulk of the bike was obviously blue, but the difference was in the details. The wheels were spoked with gold spokes and their inside edges muraled with musical notes. In addition, all along the bike are painted images representative of various famous bluesmen such as B. B. King, Robert Johnson, Taj Mahal, Tom Waits and Gatemouth Brown.

This bike's chief importance was bringing Mikey out of the office and into the shop, but it will always be an American Chopper fan favorite as it features such a large amount of Mikey, a continual fan favorite

The Comanche Bike was designed and fabricated by Paul Teutul Jr., and named after the RAH-66 Comanche Helicopter. The Comanche Bike was debuted at a gala event to which the Teutuls flew in on a Bell 206 helicopter, an entrance which required major set-up, leaving only Vinnie DiMartino to fix massive problems with the engine. In the last seconds (quite literally), Vinnie and the crew he had called in got the bike started up, and released it to the public with great success.

Paul Teutul Jr. was the primary designer and fabricator on this bike. The Black Widow Bike was the bike central to the first two episodes of American Chopper. This bike was the first sign to fans of American Chopper of Paul Jr.'s obsession with spiders and spider webs.

Paul "Paulie" Michael Teutul (born October 2, 1974) is one of the stars of the American reality television program American Chopper. He co-founded Orange County Choppers along with his father, Paul Teutul, Sr. in 1999. Although Paul sometimes goes by the nickname of "Junior", he is really not a junior, because his middle name is Michael, while his father, also Paul Teutul, has the middle name of John. According to an interview on David Letterman, Paul (the father) stated that he is the junior and the son is just Paul. Paulie is the chief designer and fabricator of OCC, and prior to that was head of the rail shop at Orange County Ironworks. He is also responsible for designing the logo for OCC.
