110 ãðàìì ñëèâî÷íîãî ìàñëà
4 ñòîëîâûå ëîæêè ñàõàðà
Ñëåäóéòå ýòèì øàãàì
1. Ïðèãîòîâüòå ïóäèíã
Íà÷íèòå ñ ïðèãîòîâëåíèÿ îñíîâû äåñåðòà — ñëèâî÷íîãî ïóäèíãà.  õîëîäíîé êàñòðþëå âçáåéòå ìîëîêî, ÿéöà, ìóêó è êðàõìàë äî îäíîðîäíîé ìàññû áåç êîìî÷êîâ. Ïîñòàâüòå êàñòðþëþ íà ñðåäíèé îãîíü è ïîñòîÿííî ïîìåøèâàéòå ñìåñü âî âðåìÿ íàãðåâàíèÿ. Ñîâåò: èñïîëüçóéòå âåí÷èê èëè ëîïàòêó, ÷òîáû èçáåæàòü ïðèãîðàíèÿ ñìåñè íà äíå.
