Okay, so Kidzworld may have slagged Kelly earlier this year for lookin' like a fashion disaster but we've definitely seen the error of our ways. Both Kelly and Avril made a huge impact on fashion trends during 2002 with Avril's trademark tie and Kelly's ever-changing, colorful locks. Hurray for girl-power that's a lot more managable (and cute) than heels and mini skirts! (Sorry, Britney.)
