That is exactly what an airplane is, a flying machine. In fact, the Wright Brother's first flight only reached an altitude of about 50 feet. Many people began to try and make "flying machines" of their own, with some successful and some not. Later they realised the terrible destructive power/ the airplane had--the ability to drop bombs. It was first realized in the beggining of First World war as a the weapon.
the planes also grew more deadly with stronger weapons. I think, it is not good, because i don't think. that we need wars on our Earth. A lot of people were dead by this fatal action. But now it is a wonder of our modern life. People use it every day to reach quickly in other counties. It is used by tourists and business people or for Freight traffics. It is easy to go into diffrent parts of the world, but also dangerous. A lot of systems of the plane are controlling by computers and cometimes they are not serviceable. Now there is a lot of wrecks of planes because of the unavaible computer management.
I like travel by plane. This transport has a good service and qualified experts. We have a lunch while we are flying by plane and a plane-shop. In the airport we take free magazines and read them in the plane. All mobile phones and players should be turned off.
Soon we may see more planes that will fly in the hypersonic regime. By the year 2050 experts say that All military planes and transport planes will be remote-controlled by computers on the ground.
