Сейчас развлекал себя просмотром комедийного веб шоу ./shutdown основные события разворачиваются как я понял в отделе HELP DESK. Итак же чем живуь сотрудники отдела?
Это шоу на английском и советую к просмотру людям понимающем разговорную речь на этом языке.
