Holiday Message from Dan

This morning we were sent a message from Daniel about the upcoming holiday season to share with the fans. Please take a moment to read it over. As you know, we will be launching our Candle for Care project that we are co-hosting this coming weekend. We have already raised $69.00 so far for the fundraiser at the IMAX event we co-hosted with TLC last weekend. Thanks so much to all of those fabulous people who donated already!

Dan's Message:

"As GOBLET OF FIRE has now opened, I want to thank everyone for the support I have been shown at the premieres in London, Paris and New York. It really meant a lot to me and the enthusiasm in each country was staggering!

I know as Chrismas approaches, many of you are keen to send gifts, which I really appreciate. This year, however, I want to urge you more than ever, to consider making a donation to Demelza House Children's Hospice or indeed, any charity of your choice, instead. As I am not in the UK for several months, due to other commitments, I will be unable to reply personally to any gifts that I may receive.

I hope wherever you are in the world you have a wonderful Festive season and a fantastic 2006.

Once again, thank you for the kindness and generosity that you have shown me throughout 2005."

В нем говориться, что новый фильм стартовал, и теперь Дэн хочет поблагодарить всех за поддержку на премьерах в Лондоне, Париже и Нью-Йорке. Это действительно м ного для него значило, и "энтузиазм" в этих странах поражал.

"Я знаю, что приближается Рождество, и многие хотят послать мне подарки, которые я очень ценю, конечно. В этом году я хочу вас попросить убедительнее, чем когда-либо послать помощь в Demelza House (детская благотворительная организация, детский дом)...или потратить эти деньги на другую благотворительность. Поскольку меня в течение нескольких месяцев не будет в Великобритании, я не смогу ответить на ваши подарки, которые могу получить.

Я надеюсь, где бы в мире вы ни были, вы проведете праздники замечательно и следующий год, 2006, будет удачным!
