CRAZY_VENUS, It was a very popular composition in it's time. Everyone was using the line 'I'm too sexy' for pretty much everything; e.g. 'I'm too sexy for this chair'..:)

CRAZY_VENUS, among my former classmates and from some of my former professors, who still work at the same hospital as I do, so I heard a few of my students addressing me like that, when they did not think, I was there:)
