Main Ingredients: Chicken/Beef/Mutton, Fresh Ginger, Cocking Oil, Tomato Paste, Garlic Cloves, Green Pepper

Spices: Red Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Black pepper, Brown Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Nut Meg, Mace, Green Cardamom, Black Cumin, Star Aniseed, Fenugreek Seed, Ginger, Garlic

Preparation Steps:
1) in hot oil add finely chopped onions;
2) when it turns light brown add meat, garlic and spices and fry it until the chicken turned white;
3) add tomato paste and 1 glass of water (or, better, crushed tomatoes) and cook on low heat until the meat is tender;
4) add chopped green (Spanish) fresh peppers, increase the heat and dry-up all liquid until the oil is clearly visible;
5) finally, serve it with rice or naan (special Indian bread) and Ritta (Turkish yogurt + crushed: fresh tomatoes, red onions, and black pepper).
