The Costa Concordia cruise ship lies on January 15, 2012 in the harbor of the Tuscan island of Giglio after it ran aground and keeled over off the Isola del Giglio after hitting underwater rocks on January 13. Капитан после получения пробоины специально подвёл корабль к берегу и посадил на мель. С целью обеспечения эвакуации пассажиров и облегчения, в дальнейшем, проведения ремонтных работ и работ по подъёму судна.
Сейчас на него, конечно вешают всех собак, но тем интереснее наблюдать за судьбой этого человека. Быть капитаном такого судна - иметь врагов через второго на третьего.
