1 января нового 2018 года торжественно состоялся тираж российской государственной лотереи с общим количеством выплат в размере 2,2 миллиарда рублей. Приманка за пару месяцев до тиража в размере 506 миллионов рублей изящно, как и ей было положено, сработала, даже можно сказать заработала. Население дружно отправилось скупать билеты новогоднего тиража, веря в чудо. Вот только чуда в стране, где чиновники так изящно обманывают своих граждан, невозможно!

Теперь подробнее. В России официально запретили любые лотерии, кроме одной "Столото", которую чиновники вместе с владельцем назвали государственной. "Столото" включает в себя несколько вариаций игр на удачу, среди которых самой популярной и самой авторитетной является "Русское лото". Прикрытие для государственной лотереи весьма благозвучно - на развитие российского спорта (об этом я уже немного писал в прошлой статье). То есть, дамы и господа, в России существует псевдогосударственная монополия на лотереи, ещё бы, ведь это очень прибыльный бизнес. Фактически владельцем "Столото" является армянский бизнесмен (гражданин Армении, а не России) с многомиллиоными счетами и собственностью. Ежемесячно лотерея приносит миллиарды рублей прибыли. В России гражданину другой страны, да ещё и называется государственной. Вам это не кажется очень странным?!

Это означает только одно, что какому-то пройдохе из армянской диаспоры, с благословения двух высших чиновников страны (естественно благословение стоит приличных неучтеных ежемесячных отчислений в государственный резервный фонд) дозволили обманывать русских граждан. А почему обманывать? Потому что: лототроны, предназначенные для одной лишь цели, выглядят как космический спутник, с множеством трубок и кнопок; при выборе шара, лототрон почему-то захватывает сразу два, потом второй скидывает; шары невозможно проверить, есть подозрения что номера на них с радиопередатчиками или просто магнитами; потому что невыпавшие бочонки приклеены ко дну мешка; потому что фактически нет миллионеров, которых по заявлениям "Столото" уже более 2000 человек по стране; потому что билет можно купить фактически только за 30 минут до начала розыгрыша, ведь компьютеру ещё нужно просчитать все комбинации, чтобы выбрать наименее выигрышную.

А люди по-прежнему, верят в чудо, в счастливый случай. А раз говорят что есть миллионеры (хотя их нет), значит куда-то эти деньги уходят и кому-то достаются. По правилам игры, около половины средств от приобретенных билетов должно возвращаться счастливчикам, вот только возвращаются гроши за угаданные 2 или 3 шара, а выигранные миллионы также оседают в карманах владельца и нескольких господ государственного уровня. И ещё, когда покупаешь билет на сайте лотереи, о тебе не могут сказать точно, откуда ты. В новогоднем розыгрыше лотереи джекпот в прямом эфире был разыгран и "достался он" жителю Казани, а вот позже в новостях написали, что билет был приобретён через сайт. Вот чудеса где!?

Если мы будем говорить о европейских или американских лотереях, то: нет монополии на эти продукты, есть реальные миллионеры и их знают в своих странах. Наверно в развитом капитализме чиновники не додумались до такого метода обмана граждан. И ещё, заявленная "Столото" поддержка российского спорта существует только на словах. Официально заявлено, что около 10 % средств идёт на спорт, а вот фактически отчисления составляют от 0,3 до 1 % (и те наверно доставались неудачникам футболистам). Удачи вам, дамы и господа! Likely in the developed capitalism officials haven't guessed such method of deception of citizens. And still, the support of the Russian sport stated to Stoloto exists only in words.
