Aramtenek could see and talk to her mom. Her mom was distant. However, Aramtenek still was so happy to see her. She could see her, talk to her. That was enough. And after that it was quiet for a while. Mills stopped working, oceans' tides calmed down, animals became quiet. Aramtenek knew that everything had a price and she had to pay for those moments of happiness. Happiness comes with worry and predicament of the following unhappiness. That what her father used to say. He was right. But still, happiness is stronger than grief. It fades away faster though.
