Free crochet patterns:
How to download Mypicot patterns?
The MyPicot patterns are free and do not require any site registration. All patterns and diagrams are presented as PDF documents and require Adobe Acrobat Reader™ to view.
Almost all crochet patterns of MyPicot are presented as diagrams and have not written instructions. If you have some problems with reading diagram look for our tutorials How to follow crochet a diagram. Please use this link to download pattern.

Instructions:
Techniques used in this pattern (British term / American term):
Chain stitch – ch
Double crochet / Single crochet – dc/sc
Double treble / Treble – d.tr / tr
Front Post dc / sc – FPdc/sc: work just like normal dc/sc but insert your hook from front to back between the first and second stitches of the row below, and then from back to front again between the second and third stitches.
Shell – work 3d.tr + 2ch + 3d.tr in the same space.
Stitch – st
Foundation Chain: Multiples of 8 + 2
Row 1: skip 1ch, 1dc/sc in next, * skip 3ch, shell in next ch, skip 3ch, 1dc/sc in next; rep from *, turn.
Row 2: 2ch, * 1FPdc/sc over in each of the next 3d.tr/tr below, 7dc/sc in space of 2ch, 1FPdc/sc over in each of the next 3d.tr/tr, 1ch; rep from*, 1dc/sc in dc/sc below, turn.
Row 3: 6ch, 3d.tr/tr in space of 1ch, work 1dc/sc through 1st and 7th sts below: insert your hook from front to back under the top 2 loops of 1st dc/sc, then from back to front under the top 2 loops of the 7th dc/sc and work dc/sc.
*Work shell in next space of 1ch, 1dc/sc through next two st; rep from*, make 3d.tr/tr + 1ch + 1d.tr/tr in space of 2ch below, turn.
Row 4: 1ch, 5dc/sc in space of 1ch, 1FPdc/sc over in each of the next 3d.tr/tr below, * 1ch, 1FPdc/sc over in each of the next 3d.tr/tr below, 7dc/sc in space of 2ch, 1FPdc/sc over in each of the next 3d.tr/tr; rep from*, 1ch, 1FPdc/sc over in each of the next 3d.tr/tr below, 5dc/sc in space of 6ch, turn.
Row 5: 1ch, work 1dc/sc through 1st and 5th dc/sc below, * shell in space of 1ch, 1dc/sc through 1st and 7th dc/sc below; rep from*, shell in space of 1ch, 1dc/sc through 1st and 5th dc/sc below, turn.
Repeat rows 2 - 5 until you have reached your desired length.
Color combination with blue & beige. 100% Cotton yarn.
Colors & rows: * 1 & 2 – blue, 3 & 4 – light blue, 5 & 6 – beige, 7 & 8 – white *.
Color combination with cyan & white. 100% Cotton yarn.
Colors & rows: * 1 – cyan, 2 & 3 – white, 4 – cyan *.
Color combination with teal, pink & brown. 100% Cotton yarn.
Colors & rows: * 1 – teal, 2 – light pink, 3 – pink, 4 – teal, 5 – light pink, 6 – pink, 7 – 10 dark brown *.
