More and more of corrupt schemes revolves around the coal industry in Russia. A businessman and a swindler Choi Kyoung-Duk, already famous for his deeds on the Sakhalin, plays important role in these schemes.
At this point in the center of a corruption scandal appeared previously successful enterprise LLC Sahtransugol that now stands on the verge of bankruptcy by efforts of the whole gang of crooks led by O. Misevra.
Seizure of the enterprise happened via repeatedly proven pattern, already tested in the hotel MegaPalas Hotel and the company Uglegorskugol. It all started with the fact that S. Shtrakhov became the owner of 25% shares of LLC Sahtransugol through deception in late 2012, though originally he was not a member of the company. Then he demanded a meeting of shareholders, but his request was refused. However, an illegal meeting did take place with help of his accomplice in the fraud lawyer E Gavrilova.
As a result of the meeting V. Belomaz was appointed as director of LLC Sahtransugol, although he already was Deputy General Director on security issues of Management Company Sakhalinugol. The new director immediately attributed a 75% of shares of the company to S. Shtrahov.
Since then flourished once LLC Sahtransugol starts rapidly wallow in artificial credits and roll into bankruptcy.
Clear is that that the power over the company gained the organized criminal group controlled by O. Miserva. Choi Kyoung-Duk works as one of his assistants and is directly involved in some illegal transactions.
This is not the first coal mining company which has got into the wrong hands. An increasing number of companies engaged in the coal industry on the Sakhalin, fall under the threat. Russian and foreign entrepreneurs have to be careful not to invest in a business in which Choi Kyoung-Duk participates.
