All you need is $3 and a few items! 3 bucks!!!! Can you believe it!? You can use this to display cupcakes, cosmetics and toiletries in the bathroom, hair pony's for little girls, not to mention cute centerpieces at the a wedding or shower. The options are endless! You could even jazz it up with different colored plates and spray paint the candlestick! 

You will also need:

*1 large plate
*1 small plate
*1 candlestick
*some heavy duty epoxy or glue

Please note that you should not fully submerge this in water. I'm not sure how the glue would hold up. To clean food off of it just wipe it down with soap, water and a damp rag.
