Итак, приходит ко мне в сентябре предложение взять попробовать бесплатно план "мир" от скайпа. Компания вроде солидная, посмотрела: там есть строка: города России (только стационарные телефоны), Украина стационарные стояла.
Для активации надо было подтвердить , что тиы человек, перечислить со счета на скайп 1,5 евро, которые они в тот день и возрвратили. Чем не красота?
Однако после оплаты оказалось, что звонить на Украины безлиминто нельзя, в Россиию- только в Москву и Санк_петербург. А так как мои все В екатеринбурге. то не нужен был мне этот план.Вообщем, пожала плечиками и забыла.
да не тут-то было... когда на следующий месяц у меня АВТОМАТИЧЕСКИ опять забрали эту же сумму, поняла, что надо что-то делат
Письмо от скайпа рассылает робот, на амом сайте нет ни мейла, ни факса. ни телефона, техподдержка- это целый лабиринт, написанный на английком...
Обыскала весь Инет. Еле нашла адрес , куда можно написать претензию, отменить подписку и возвратить деньги.
Так что делюсь со всеми. у кого проблемы:

2. I have used service a new product to try free of charge (the plan "world"), without a duty to become the constant subscriber,
3.I didn't use service, haven't made ANY call
I ask
to return me money for the account and to deactivate service plan "world"
I don't want to use any plans from Skype.
Refund I ask to make into my account in Spain from which was payment is illegally taken.
