Beans, like any other beans, perfectly feels in the composition of a variety of recipes, no matter which kitchen they belong to. Nutritious and nutritious dishes from beans are extremely useful - they contain a huge amount of resistant starch, and these recipes can help make them boring.
- Tomato beans with orange juice -
Ingredients:
500 grams of dried black beans
8 medium cloves of garlic, peel and crush

In a large saucepan pour the beans with cold water. Add the herbs, half onions, garlic cloves and cook for about an hour and a half. Season with salt. Drain excess liquid. In a large frying pan, heat the oil. Add chopped onions and garlic and fry for a few minutes.Then transfer the beans into a frying pan and stir-fry for about 7 minutes, until the beans have a consistency in mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
500 grams of small beans
200 grams of bacon
1 cup chopped onions
2 red hot peppers
3 cloves garlic, chop
2 cups chicken broth without salt
1 cup shredded tomatoes
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup treacle
2 tablespoons tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

In a bowl, pour the beans with water and add 3 tablespoons of salt. Hold the night at room temperature, drain the water and rinse the beans. In a large brazier fry the salted pork and set aside. In the same pan, spread the chicken legs and fry on both sides. Put them in a bowl of pork. The same thing to do with sausage.
In the brazier, fry the onions until golden, put the beans, carrots, celery, garlic, parsley, bay leaf, cloves, and a mixture of gelatin and water.
