STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST - MY FAVORITE RECIPES

Hello my dear readers! Chicken breasts are prepared by different methods. They are simply boiled, fried in a pan until golden brown in olive and butter, baked in the oven, on the grill. Today we have in our program recipes stuffed with chicken breast.

We will consider the wonderful recipes based on the cooking techniques known to us - frying and baking. And still apply a new "trick" - we'll make a "pocket" in the breast and fill it with delicious fillings of cheese, mushrooms, spinach and other products.

How to make a "pocket" for stuffing a chicken breast

  • Two to three tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Two glasses of fresh chopped spinach (optional).
  • Four sliced garlic cloves.
  • One small onion finely chopped bulb.
  • Ground black pepper.
  • Salt.

How to cook

  1. If you decide to cook chicken breasts with spinach, then the first thing to do is to cook it. Fry one slice of chopped garlic on one tablespoon. The flame is medium, the cooking time is one minute. Add the chopped spinach, cook until all the liquid has evaporated - 3-4 minutes.
  2. Spread the fillets: cut each along the middle, but not to the very end. Now unfold it like a book. Sprinkle with salt, ground pepper on both sides. Put on a slice of cheese.
  3. Add the fried spinach with garlic (optional).
  4. Fold the breasts in half, make sure that the filling does not fall out - chop the holes with toothpicks.
  5. Fry the stuffed chicken fillets on two tablespoons of olive oil for five minutes on each side until a beautiful color appears (just cooked fried non-stuffed breasts).Cheese should melt and "bubble up."

Effective serve - with homemade tomato ketchup, which is poured around and quickly brought to a boil. With a cold sauce is also very tasty.

How to cook

  2. Sprinkle the prepared breast with salt, pepper. Rub each piece to evenly season.
  3. Make a "pocket" in the thickest part of the fillet. Stuff each breast with two slices of cheese, mushrooms. Chop the meat next to the hole on both sides with pieces of toothpick, so that the mushrooms do not fall out.

  4. In a frying pan in which fried mushrooms, pour olive oil (remove the remains of mushrooms), heat it. Fry chicken for 3 minutes on each side, cover with a lid.
  5. Place the dishes in the oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
  6. The finished dish can be poured with bechamel sauce and sprinkled with the remains of mushrooms.

My remarks

  • You can stuff the fillet with mushrooms only. To do this, increase the indicated number of mushrooms to 250 grams.

Ingredients

  • Two chicken breasts.
  • Half a teaspoon of dried oregano and basil.
  • One tomato.
  • Two small slices of mozzarella cheese.
  • Six leaves of fresh basil.
  • Two cloves chopped garlic.
  • A third of a glass of balsamic vinegar or dessert wine (optional).
  • One tablespoon of sugar (optional).
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil (another good vegetable oil).
  • Ground black pepper.
  • Salt.

How to cook

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Make a "pockets" in chicken breasts.
