- onion - 1 large - pickled cucumbers -3-4 pieces (small) - dough flaky - 500 gr. (I had a ready, yeast, cut into squares) - an egg - 1 pc. (grease the boat) - cheese hard-50 gr. (for sprinkling boats, but you can also without it).
Preparation
1. Boil the potatoes and make a mashed potato, such as you usually do for a side dish. 2. Cut the meat into pieces (in this example: the scapular part, not lean), cut the onion into half rings and fry everything in the following way: - we keep the meat on high heat, stirring for 3 minutes; - then we lay onions, mix, reduce gas and stew under the lid for another 10 minutes; - after we open the lid and on medium heat slightly evaporate the juice for another 4 minutes, turn off!
3. Cut cucumbers into half rings or straws (if large). Cucumbers should be either salted or barrel (from marinated vinegar very strongly smells). If you have more cucumbers, add, you will not regret!
4. Thawed dough is divided into 4 parts (each layer, in the example there were 2, turned out 8 boats). Roll out the dough, so that it would be a rectangle three times as large as the original quarter. The edges of the rolled dough should be slightly thinner than the middle.
5. Lay the rolled dough layers: - two or three tablespoons of table (with a slide) of cooked mashed potatoes; - fried meat and sliced cucumbers. On the sides we make longitudinal incisions.
6. Turn each side alternately, so that the incision is centered.
7. To give a boat shape to our product, to protect the sides.
8. Put on a baking sheet. If there is not enough space on the mold, pave each boat with baking paper. Lubricate the boats with a whipped egg, you can pour a little into the inside, and lightly close the center with grated cheese.
9. Put the oven in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, give a blanch. Since all the ingredients are already ready, it will be enough for 25 minutes.
