System of Social welfare in Russia

    I want to tell you about System of Social welfare in Russia. Because I think, that it is very impossible and actually problem. 

   For example I take some rights. Women have a right to a pension at the age of 55 and men at 65.  Women who leave work to have a baby have a right to ask a maternity allowance from government. Retired people can get a salary or a wage and still receive their pension in full. A child allowance is a small monthly payment for each child, usually paid directly to mothers. Scholarships are paid to young people, college and higher school students, if they do not pay fees for their education. People who are disabled can receive an invalidity pension. Widows can get payments for their husbands who died.

   On my opinion Russia’s system of social welfare is not very effective, because our invalids, childrens, old peoples are in need to better care from the direction of the Government.  I like Sweden’s welfare system. There are people to pay a height due (near 30%), but they get a good medical care, height life level, they really care about old people, children, invalids and poor.

   But I think that Russia in future will be best.  And my children will to get a good social welfare.
