Shape shoulder

FRONT

MAKING UP
Press as described on the information page.
Join right shoulder seam using back stitch, or mattress stitch if preferred.
Neckband
With RS facing, using 21/4mm (US 1) needles and yarn A, pick up and knit 16 [16: 18: 18: 20] sts down left side of front neck, K across 73 [73: 73: 73: 75] sts on front holder as folls: K2 [2: 2: 2: 3], K2tog, (K4, K2tog) 11 times, K3 [3: 3: 3: 4], pick up and knit 16 [16: 18: 18: 20] sts up right side of front neck, and 10 sts down right side of back neck, K across 77 [77:79: 79: 83] sts on back holder as folls: K1 [1: 2: 2: 4], K2tog, (K4, K2tog) 12 times, K2 [2: 3: 3: 5], then pick up and knit 10 sts up left side of back neck. 177 [177: 183: 183: 193] sts.
Work in g st for 6 rows, ending with WS facing for next row.
Cast off knitwise (on WS).
Join neckband and left shoulder seam. Mark points along side seam edges 24 [25: 26: 27: 28] cm either side of shoulder seams (to denote base of armholes).
