Stitches:
CH: Chain- Yarn over pull through one loop.
SS: Slip stitch- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over and pull through both the stitch and loop on the hook.
DC: Double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops. Yarn over pull through two loops.
SC: Single crochet- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops.
Notes:
- This dress is worked from the neckline down.
- This pattern includes SS repositioning.
- Beginning chain does not count as the first stitch, so be sure to work in the same stitch as join.
- Size 24 months is acheived by using a 1.65mm Crochet Hook and a Size 2t/3t is made using a 1.90mm Crochet Hook
Instructions:

Foundation single crochet is used so that the dress neckline has a little more stretch, If you prefer to chain 140 and join with a slip stitch to form a ring then Sc in each stitch around you can. This will just make the neck link a little more snug.
