Deeper into Lagoon
The RGB component (upper picture) was captured from my backyard observatory in Rosario, Argentina (download/file.php?id=14739&mode=view).
It was combined with an older picture selected as APOD (http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap110511.html) consisting of narrow band visible and broad band near-infrared, which I used as luminance of the RGB image (bottom picture).
