В видеоклипе, снятом ручной камерой, Кайли, наряженная гейшей, путешествовала по улицам Нью-Йорка.
Годом позже сингл вышел в Великобритании, он не имел промо-поддержки и достиг лишь 68-го места в чартах. Живое исполнение "G.B.I." было представлено в турне "Fever" в 2002-ом году.
