Ok so this tutorial was requested byher_lovelyheart and uses selective colouring. So naturally it is not translatable to PSP, or anything like that.

01 Start with your base

02 Duplicate the base and set it to screen 50%.

03 Create a selective colouring layer. These were my setttings:
REDS
Cyan -100
Magenta +30
Yellow +100

YELLOWS
Cyan -57
Magenta +13
Yellow +17

NEUTRALS
Cyan +23

04 Create a selective colouring layer. These were my setttings:
REDS
Cyan -100

YELLOWS
Cyan -100
Magenta +5
Yellow -24

CYANS
Cyan +35
Magenta -100
Yellow -100

05 Create a selective colouring layer. These were my setttings:
REDS
Cyan +16

YELLOWS
Cyan -61
Magenta -41

CYANS
Cyan +100
Magenta +24
Yellow -100

06 Create a floodfill and fill it with a very pale aqua (#E2FAF9). Set it to colourburn.

There you are done. If you want to sharpen it, go back to the screen layer and sharpen that one. Add text, brushes, etc. Remember different pictures will need different settings. You can use mine as a base, and then if it looks horridely, change it till it suits. It's all about trial and error =]
