For us, it is important to know if you really want to come to Amsterdam because we have to organize and arrange a lot of things. So please confirm us as soon as possible that you will come. There are people who need a VISA for their stay in The Netherlands. It is important though, that you send us the following information before 26 November.

Please check out if you filled in everything correctly: The embassy will not give you a VISA when we don't have all your data

If you don t need a VISA, please send us before November the 26th a copy of your ticket.

I m sure the conference is going to be great because there are coming great lecturers, and the social program will be very amusing. So, if you don t send us the right information or the ticket you will miss this great event in one of the greatest cities in the world!!!
