And what is the reason for a man to visit different countries without having a travelling passport? ;)

Сонная_соня, you came with the right answer. That's a postman for embassies. As the territory of embassies is that of the country it represents, he visited lots of countries in one day. He doesn't need a travel passport for that - just an ID )))
