I started with the Tartan Skirt. I love it because the fabric looks like a taffeta or sateen cotton, and usually when you see tartan like that, it tends to be in a fabric with a matte finish. I shortened the skirt a tad and tinted the buckles to black and the metal to silver. There are various rises included with the skirt. I chose the higher rise because I’m not a huge fan of the visible lower belly and it also hides the cutoff point of the tank top. I’m wearing the Tank Top from the Deepchild Dress in Taupe. The drape on this top is so pretty and the back is just gorgeous. Underneath, I am wearing the Plain Knit Halter in Lemon. Lots of layer options are available with these halters. I really like the richness of the color and that the cut of the back doesn’t interfere with the back of the Deepchild Dress Tank Top. To top it all off, I’m wearing the belt from the Santa Maria Outfit. I adore the width of this belt and the detailed (but not distracting) overall look of it.
I can’t get over how chic and versatile this teal coat from Savvy Avyy is. For $350L it includes a jacket layer with or without the belt as well as the hoody and cuffs with or without fur. The last picture in the series shows it without the belt and sans white fur. The texture is very woolly and soft that it makes me want to nestle down in it and brace myself against the cold winds in my sim. It’s still snowing! Читать далее
A slightly whimsical and girlie look for this Saturday.
I love love love this dress! From the rich dark brown colour, to the lace texturing, to the construction — just fab! As it is so very girlie, I decided to go all out and indulge in sweetness. I added the shrug in dark pink and matching shoes. Next came the knit stockings and the oh-so-super-cute little headband. The cameo and sautoir set was my final touch.
::::: I don't usually do requests (sowwy!) but the jacket of the Ana outfit is one of my favorites to mix and match with, so when I got a request for a denim version and a vintage-ish textured red one, I thought what the heck, it'll be fun to have more of 'em.

i had SO MUCH FUN doing these mash ups... i thought of so many of my customers and their shopping habits, my shopping habits (over the years) and i think i'm reflected in each of these outfits... of course some were when i was in my late teens, but nevertheless, they were a blast to put together, mixed up with old and new, and i hope you find one of them suits you!!!

Winter has never been cooler with new dapper clothes for the festive holidays. Presenting this week’s releases for the suave and sophisticated man.
Carlitos is an inspired piece of woolen threads. A long thick grey cardigan to warm you through the crisp breeze. Comes in a Jacket Layer with a prim flexi coat tail, the cardigan is a study in layering with a mottled grey mock turtleneck shirt and topped with a woolen flexi scarf.
A sporty look for the city.
This red leather jacket is gorgeous; it’s half open with a loose feel to it — not something you see everywhere on the grid. It’s really well done and has some nice detailing like the high collar and the strappy cuffs.I felt for a sporty look so I paired the jacket with leggings and then with some layered tee-shirts and tanks. This was also the perfect occasion to wear these fabulous sculptie sneakers — the texturing is incredible!
I have been cranking out the fantasy style for several weeks now so I thought I would take a break and do something different. Amaranth has a casual trendy style to it with multiple top options.

After handing in my first rl homework about my "leaflet", I have a week vacation back to my rl. Since 25Nov is my rl birthday hehe. Because of that I went to see many 3D & 4D movies these days. O yes, Hong Kong finally have 3D & 4D cinema! For the 4D one, I watched the Beowulf! It is just awesome, I typically love the Grendel's Mother & the Dragon characters. The CG of this movies just so cool. Especially with the 4D , it is just more than cool! Here is some pictures:-

This outfit started with the very boot-alicious Boot-alicious from Maitreya. I surprised myself today by spending more than 100 L$ on a pair of shoes for the first time in ages. Most of the time I walk around barefoot, but with winter coming (where I live we actually had snow today), this is a no-no unless you want to catch pneumonia.
[227x240] I am a fan of mixing and matching numerous clothing articles from different designers; in addition to being just plain fun, it’s a way to get creative while expressing your own individual tastes and style.
As a result of this penchant for mixing up outfits, I’ve found that I’ve there are a handful of basic wardrobe pieces that I continually gravitate towards — items like the torn jeans miniskirt from the Last Call Yelena set; my Tres Blah jeans with the oh-so-perfectly shaded derrière; the Naughty Designs classic set of crop sweaters (that are modifiable! w00t for being able to control sleeve lengths); my continually growing collection of sneakers (they look like RL Chucks except for the logo) from KK Outfitters; the basic hoop earrings from Paper Couture (they’re free!); etc. They’re all incredibly versatile, enabling me to build my outfits in a myriad different ways.
I’ve recently added another item to my little list of clothing essentials: the White Lacy Shirt from <3 Cupcakes! by Mimi Coral. (She’s also got lots of cute dresses — oh, soooo many sweet dresses, you end up feeling like a kid in a candy store!! — but that’s a whole ‘nother story, heh.) It’s incredibly versatile, and not only because of the basic white coloring. The shirt comes on all three system layers plus the underpants layer for tucking under the waistband of your pants and skirts, making it a super flexible and thus great choice for layering with other pieces. The fact that this shirt is also modifiable and copyable just adds even more value to this bargain of a shirt, because now you can create tinted copies. ^_^
