When I was fourteen I met a man four years older than myself. Now i'm sure the age difference had something to do with it, but I fully and completely thought of him in such a way that I had never thought of another man before. We met at a mutual friends wedding. He was shy-I could tell, as was I. But eventually he asked me to dance. I accepted, more nervous than ever however! Now I know when you are young you say "Oh I love him" and it is just puppy love, but I did love him then, as i do now, and always will. From then on - as many other people can relate i'm sure - I could not stop thinking of him. He eventually worked up the courage to ask me to be his girl. I readily accepted, despite my parents oppinions. We have been dating for over three years now, and have our lives planned out together. I truely believe there is that one special person out there made just for you. Unfortunately many people do not find this "perfect person", and instead live their lives with someone else - who they may very well be happy with, but it's just not the same... joyous, blissful feelings that arrise everytime the simplest things like... the name of that perfect person is spoken, or the little things he/she does are done by someone else that remind you oh so much of them. I wish that everyone everywhere finds their special person; you'll know when you do because it is a phenominal overwhellming feeling that you will only have with one person. After all, there is love, and then there is true love.
