been to see the Great Northern type in newcastle. the best way to describe it was his own:

and that just for girls.... well, mostly true. i got all moshed out, got a new pretty dress (pretty dress!!) and saw lotsa castles. there are some really cool moshy places in there!! also met a few... ahem... interesting people, soem of them make me look tame.

now, back in guildford and back to work. discovered that in my absence the got 2 new carers, 2 new patients and a new manager. and im now a key worker for 4 people, which im getting all excited about. not at all sure why, only means i have more work to do.

just finished a huge great bloody translation for my Dad...... Who ever asked me to volunteer? And why in the name of Zeus do royalties have to have titles that are three pages long and are impossible to translate??? WHYYY?

soooo gonna get kicked.........

i am starting a new job in 11 days!!!! not sure if im looking forward to it, it's going to be hard work, it WILL break my legs and quite possibly erode the rest of my sanity....

on the other hand, im hoping to at least stop forgetting things at an exponential rate, keep my skills up and actualy have some money so i can stop living on the breadline. the only thing i worry about is what the staff are like.... old people are the same everywhere, its the people you have to work with that are the trouble, and knowing my track record of npt being liked by nusing staff..... oh well, ill keep trying....
