Маленький зайчик по полю скакал,
Медленно, грустно что-то искал.
Не хочет он кушать, играть и плясать,
Желает сердечко кому – то отдать.
Под дождиком ночью плачет один,
Ведь зайку всю жизнь никто не любил.
Красивая шерстка, серые глазки.
Как хочет зайчонок заботы и ласки.
Маленький шустрик по полю скакал,
Зверюшка от горя почти умирал.
Все звери смеялись, глумились над ним.
Бедный малыш, остался без сил.
Сидя под деревом, лапки дрожат.
Шарфик в полоску они теребят.
А глазки пустые глядят в темноту

Смотрит растерянно, шарфик уходит.
Зайчонок вскочил и бежит, между прочим.
Порезал камнями нежные лапки,
Споткнулся, но снова бежит без оглядки.
Вот тянется, тянется к другу – шарфу
Зайчонок привязан был только к нему.
Вдруг что – то коснулось любимой вещицы.
Забрало, украло, но зайчик не злится.
Он медленно поднял пуговки - глазки,
Увидел все то, о чем писали лишь сказки.
Напротив него зайчишка стоял.
Смущенно, неловко он шарфик держал
И вытянув смело, вперед обе лапки,
Произнес очень тихо, скромно и сладко:
«Возьми, это твой, он в воду упал,
А я ловко, быстро его подобрал».
Наш зайка молчал достаточно долго,
Тот зайчик сказал: «Зовут меня Понка».
С улыбкой наивной, смотря только вниз
Герой наш промямлил: «Меня зовут Крис».

Мечтает, сияет, влюбился мальчонка
В этого милого, крошку зайчонка.
С ним он встречался ночью и днем.
Сердце горело любовным огнем.
Все мысли о горе так далеки.
Вот снова, под утро сидев у реки,
Ромашку, цветочек он в лапках сжимал,
Счастливо с улыбкой ее обрывал.
Уткнувшись в цветочек розовым носом,
Уже много дней задается вопросом.
«Любит, не любит, скажи мне цветок»
Вот падает в воду один лепесток.
Почувствовав что-то на светленькой шерстке,
Приблизилось, чмокнуло ласково, кротко,
На ушко шепнуло: «Люблю тебя, сладкий»
И тут же у Криса задергались лапки,
А хвостик пушистый забавно дрожал,
От слов столь чудесных он замирал.
И вот оба взгляда глядят друг на друга
С желанием смелым тянутся губы.
И встретясь, сомкнулись они в поцелуе,
Отдавшись прекрасному чувству и воле.
С тех пор вместе счастье и горе делили,
А самое важное друг друга любили.
