Эту диету отыскал мой муж, когда захотел похудеть...С тех пор мы, когда набираем лишний вес, подседаем на нее...Мне нравится...Хотя, поначалу самое тяжелое, это перейти на меньшую порцию и отказаться от сладкого...Сразу говорю, утром на тостик я все равно мажу джем...иногда позволяю себе (когда уж совсем невмоготу) кусочек шоколадки...Но, соответственно, и худею медленнее, чем указано в книге...Но, если у вас хватит силы воли соблюдать все, как предписано, результат будет быстрее... The Scarsdale Medical 14-Day Diet.
BREAKFAST EVERY DAY:
1/2 grapefruit - if not available, use fruits in season.
1 slice of protein bread, toasted, no spread addet.
Coffee/tea (no sugar, cream or milk).
MONDAY.
Lunch:
Assorted cold cuts (your choice - lean meats, chicken, turkey, tonque,
lean beef)
Tomatoes - sliced, broiled, or stewed
Coffee/tea/ diet soda
Dinner:
Fish or shellfish, any kind
Combination salad, as many greens and vegetables as you wish
1 slice of protein bread toasted
Grapefruit - if not available, use fruit of season
Coffee/tea
TUESDAY.
Lunch:
Fruit salat, any combination of fruits, as much as you want
Cofee/tea
Dinner:
Plenty of broiled, lean hamburger
Tomamoes, lettuce, celery, olives, Brussels sprouts, or cucumber
WEDNESDAY.
Lunch:
Tuna fish or salmon salat(oil drained off), with lemon and vinegar
dressing
Grapefruit, or melon, or fruit in season
Coffee/tea
Dinner:
Sliced roast lamb, all visible fat removed
Salat of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery
Coffee/tea
THURSDAY.
Lunch:
Two eggs any style (no fat used in cooking)
Low-fat cottage cheese
Zucchini, or string beans, or sliced or stewed tomatoes
1 slice of protein bread, toasted
Coffee/tea
Dinner:
Roast, broiled, or barbecued chicken, all you want - (skin and visible fat
removed before eating)
Plenty of spinach, green peppers, string beans

FRIDAY.
Lunch:
Assorted cheese slices
Spinach, all you want
1 slice of protein bread, toasted

Dinner:
Fish or shellfish
Combination of salad, any and as much fresh vegetables as disired,
