Well... this topic, I think, is actual not only for me, but for every ex- student of FLD. I start forgetting the language. "How can this be true?!?" - I ask myself. I've studied it for whole my life and suddenly I'm not capable of fluent speaking.
What should I do?!? Maybe going to the language school? NO! My linguistic pride will be hurt.
Speaking to a foreigner? Where will I find him in the middle of Siberia, I wonder?
ICQ, for instance? It'll only ruine my miserable spelling...
TELL ME WHAT TO DO???????

well... I strongly advice you to go to the ICQ chat. You won't ruin your spelling provided you talk to the right people.
Then you can chat in some messenger privately... It will be double profit for you - practice and fun.
To check your pronounciation you can get Skype and talk online via micro.
I know for myself that it's great!

the best way is really to teach somebody! you can give private lessons! and this will be helpful not only for pupils or students! :)
