"Goldenberg-Pletz"~Paris,May 6th 2007~

Escaping from Russia, Nahoum Goldenberg arrives in Paris in 1920 and creates his first casher butchery at the 15,Rosiers Street..
His sons Jo and Albert Goldenberg open, in 1950,what will be considered during several decennials like The Most Famous Jewish Restaurant of Paris: "Goldenberg-Pletzl"..
In 1982, several men enter in this restaurant where almost 50 persons were eating and launch a grenade..then they've continued outside, in the Jewish area, shooting in the crowd: 6 persons were killed and a lot of people were injured..

But "Chez Goldenberg" restaurant will open again...until 2005 where it had to close in reason of big problems about hygiene: 105 kg of bad meat were found in the fridges..
