Yes, they happen suddenly but over the time yes, you are right we accumulate some "negative" things but you know a person who loves is always ready to forgive...I guess just for how long? Right? Patience is not endless. I did too much thinking for the couple of months and you know what-ENOUGH!
Maybe you should.
Sometimes I jsut can't help it. Do I have a right to be sad sometimes...? Just kidding. It is one of this days....Oh, MONDAYS! I almost forgot. How was your day....
You know I jsut invested so much into that relationship that I feel sorry for myself.

I think you can apply this to the emotion move on theory. Basically, you have to cope with it.

Hon, I so understand you...
.
Gosh...
I had the same relationship when I invested...
I put myself down, I used to forgive him all the time...why?..
One day I came in US and I said to myself...
I MUST RUN FROM HIM, I WILL NEVER BACK TO RUSSIA...DON'T WANT TO SUFFER.
...that's it...i even don't know...what I lost...
Him, love, myself...
...or...maybe...I found smth?..
Now I know my price.
My feelings cost more.
