The second sequence I taught you in the galliard is known as 'cinque passi intrecciati'
The other sequences are not known by any particular names
The men always use their arms in all steps of the galliard (takes a lot of practice!)
The bow for the men at the end of baroque dances is generally the same as in Elizabethan times: that is, left or right foot back with relaxed knee and keep the other leg straight in front. Rameau is probably describing the rather formal bow which occurs at the start of the Court Minuet. That is different. You are quite safe with the one I describe here!
