Look at her adorable feet here and hands- I was telling her at the moment of taking this photograph: darling, show me your beautiful fingers and feet- and she did- it is just cracks me up that she would follow my directions! LOL.. :P [600x433]
OMG!!!!!!!!!!! IS this Gabby???????????????? She grew SOOO MUCH! She looks like a little lady now and she's sooooooooooooo adorable!!!!!
BTW, amazing pictures, hon! You're gonna have to teach me how you take these next time we see each other!
Elena_Ollick, ha ha ha.. yeah, she is 19 months now- just about to be 20! :)) in as little as 4 months she will be to years old!!! I can't believe it!!!! When she is right next to me- I am not really noticing it, but then I go back and look at the pictures- and she is SOOOOO little back then, lol.. :)))
About pictures: thanks, sweetie. It all really depends on your lenses. You need to drop some cash on really fast portrait lens, cause you love mug shots of yourself, right? ;) The cheap version is Canon 50 f1.8 ( like $70 on amazon) - it is really fun lens to work with, but cause it is so cheap- it's build to be broken- you got to pay extra attention to carrying it around, cause it won't take a lot to break it! Then, if you really into it, you could spend around $400 and get Canon 85 f1/8 - that is the one I am going to get with my tax money! ;))) Canon 50 f1/4 is good too, and around $350.
Are you kiddin me???? next time we'll get together I'll make you ask me to stop taking pictures! LOL.. :)))
See the problem with buying the lens you're talking about is that i need something more versitle....with zoom...and very decent one. I have a 28-135 IS lens that i padi about 400 bucks for, so it has great zoom, but i'm not sure sure about the quality. Like, which lens did you take these pics with? I love the light and I love the clarity!
honey, trust me you are not going to use zoom that often unless you're into photojournalism stuff and ready to drop 2000 for L lens ( IS 70-200 mm f2/8) and even then you're not going to need that much zoom for the kind of pictures you like to take ( it is not like you are going to be far away and Andrew will be taking pics of you, or you won't be able to just leave your camera and lens on tripod - it is just too heavy- to snap self portrait) - this pictures have been taken with my Canon 50 mm f 1/8 which is SUPER fast! And cheap! I also have Tamron lens which is 28-75 f2/8 and is AWESOME and gives me super clear fast results in low light- there is a Canon version of it- more expensive of course- but to my surprise I do not use it THAT often. I found that I'll take smaller f stops over the zoom. And I have my nifty-fifty on almost at all the times now....
come and "test-drive" my prime lens- I guarantee you'll love it! ;) I can not wait for my tax money to get Canon 85 1.8 and then in a year or two- 5d body!!!!
