So I’ve reached that point when reading started causing anxiety rather than relieving it. I’ve started reading five books at the same time, different styles and genre, but none of them seems to hold my attention. I put one down and take another, read a chapter or so and go on to the next, then to the next, until I’m back to book number one. I should really give meditation a chance. I should probably start writing about how I need to exercise more. Maybe my body will finally catch up with my brain if I remind myself frequently enough. That being said, I’m gonna do five squats right now.
