Subject: Hi Guys --- Carla here.....I know -- a rare appearance

I'm glad to see you're picking up the new album.
It was a blast to work on so I'm sure you will have
fun with it. Yes, it is a departure from some of
The Walkabouts stuff but if you listen enough you
find those elements also. You'll see alot of familiar
faces for example: Michael Wells, Christine Gunn, Nancy
Wharton, Fred Chalenor etc plus about twenty others
that I'm sure you'll be hearing more from. There's
some amazing musicianship here representing some of
my favorite Seattle friends as well as a whole new
batch of Greek friends! These Greeks are incredible.
Sigmatropic is really, unfortunately, one of the most
under-heard bands around and I was totally excited to
work with them and bring them to a wider audience.
I've been wanting to make this solo album for a long
time now and it feels great to have expressed a side
of me that doesn't always come out with The Walkabouts.
I'll check back here in awhile, let me know if you have
any questions about Saint Stranger. I'll try to
