Почти год назад Москва направила американской стороне предложение сделать совместное заявление. В заявлении, по замыслу Москвы, Россия и США должны подтвердить, что «в ядерной войне не может быть победителя и что она не должна быть развязана».
Однако ответа от американцев российская сторона так и не получила. США, видимо, предпочитают «хранить молчание» и считают такую позицию «наилучшей для себя опцией».
Напомним, российская концепция применения ядерного оружия не предполагает превентивного удара.

US Army Preys On Hopeless Millennials With Student Debt

The US Army has finally discovered the formula in attracting millennials into the Army ahead of a possible shooting war with Iran and or down the road, with China. That is, target millennials who are suffering from the student debt crisis.
The Army smashed its 2019 recruiting goal, said the head of Army Recruiting Command Maj. Gen. Frank Muth. He told reporters last week that much of the success was a new marketing strategy geared towards millennials with student debt.
This year's recruitment push wasn't entirely based on patriotism, but instead, targeted millennials who wanted to escape from their insurmountable student debts.
America has been locked in endless Middle Eastern wars for the last several decades. There's an increasing chance that a shooting war is brewing between Iran and Saudi Arabia, which would mean the US would protect the House of Saud.
The Army's recruiting method of paying off student debt in exchange for enlistment is dangerous. Young people who are taking the easy way out in joining the Army to pay off student debt could find themselves on a battlefield if war breaks out.

The suicide rate in the United States continues to rise dramatically. Our suicide rate actually increased by 41 percent between 1999 and 2016. The forces that have taken over our culture have convinced multitudes of Americans that their lives are not worth living any longer. In a culture where truth has been abandoned, it is easy for lies to run rampant.
Sadly, the suicide rate in this country has continued to escalate year after year. According to the Los Angeles Times, 2017 is “the latest year for which reliable statistics are available”, and in that year the U.S. suicide rate hit a 50 year high…
Suicide is now the second leading cause of death for Americans from age 10 to age 24.
Will Chicago Be The Largest US City To Declare Bankruptcy?

The city of Chicago is in dire fiscal and financial straits with an almost billion dollar budget deficit, bonds rated at junk status or below, numerous extremely costly legal judgments, a shrinking tax base, and unfunded public pension liabilities to the tune of an astonishing $42 billion.
The state of Illinois has its own financial troubles, so the city can expect little or no help there. And good luck getting a federal bailout through the GOP Senate and signed by a president who's been called a "racist" by the mayor.
The only option for Mayor Lori Lightfoot and the city council is restructuring the city's massive debts. In other words: bankruptcy.
Since the days of Big Bill Thompson, Chicago has been a cesspool of graft and corruption. Can bankruptcy cure the city of almost 100 years of amoral governance?
Don't bet on it.
