1.Что нам потребуется: утюг, распылитель и жёсткая щётка, это я думаю найдётся у каждого.

2.Соответственно изделие на котором мы будем делать рюши. Рюши вырезаем по косой, это как раз предотвратит их высыпание.

3.Собираем рюши на сборку, и настрачиваем на наше изделие.

4.Увлажняем рюши.

5.А теперь "разлохмачиваем" их жёсткой щёткой. Соответственно от приложенной силы и вида ткани, степень "лохматости" будет разная.

6.Приутюживаем с паром.
