это литературный прием!
2. смысл там все правилен...
возможно где-то и проскачила какая-то ошибка, но это точно не то, что я сказал в первом!
3. произведение допускает любое отступление от правил так что бы это не мешало смыслу!

1 sumting is on to something yes that's true ...but it has a different meaning... and u have to change is to an appropriate verb to specify the meaning... ex. He got on to local radio with the story...

3. ya but then when you're writting it officially then they correct everything for u :P but ne way didn't mean to offend you
