December 14, 1994 held the first in the history of the northern capital of St. Petersburg meeting of the Parliament of the new formation: to replace the overclocked almost a year before it Petrosovet Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg. It was formed of deputies elected by 50 single-member districts, which has been divided our entire metropolis.
