1. Go to Layer » New Adjustment Layer » Selective Color and match your settings to mine:

2. Go to Layer » New Adjustment Layer » Hue/Saturation and match your settings to mine:

3. Duplicate your base picture and drag it to the top. Your layer palette should now look like this:

4. With your base copy selected, go to Filter » Sharpen » Sharpen. After you’ve done that, set this layer to Lighten.
5. Duplicate you base layer once more and drag it to the top again. Then go to Filter » Blur » Radial Blur. Match your settings to mine:

6. Now we need to get rid of parts of the radial blur over Lindsays face. Select your eraser tool and select any default circle brush and match your settings to mine:

7. You can now begin to erase the inner part of the picture, leaving the blur to circle around the picture. Your picture should now look like this:

8. Go to Layer » New Adjustment Layer » Levels and match your settings to mine:
   [показать]
9. Go to Layer » New Adjustment Layer » Color Balance and match your settings to mine:

10. Go to Layer » New Adjustment Layer » Hue/Saturation and match your settings to mine:
