In this very easy Photoshop tutorial, we’re going to see how to create warm honey text effect with bubbles texture. We will use simple techniques such as layer style effects and Honeycomb pattern. The psd file and pattern are available for download. You may find them below.

- Create a new Photoshop document 1200*900 px, resolution 72px/inch. Layer style setting are working correctly just for the 100% honeycomb pattern Scale. You can change the final image size without losing effects after merging of all layers.
- To create background, fill the first layer with #eddbb9 color.

- Apply light color/transparent Gradient Overlay effect to this layer.

- Create a new empty layer above text, fill it with "Honeycomb" pattern.
- Create a copy of created pattern layer. Make one of the duplicates by invisible, we will use it in the future steps.

- Load selection for Text layer: Menu > Select > Load Selection. Next step, Menu > Select > Inverse.
- Make active visible pattern layer and clear selected area around the text. Menu > Edit > Clear. You will have patterned text effect.
- Make original text layer invisible.

- Apply following layer effects to created shape.

- Duplicate pattern text layer and add some new effects:

- Find the invisible pattern duplicated layer and place it above all text layers ("Background 3" on the screen shot) and create another duplicate - "Background 4".
- Apply Fill = 0% and following effects to "Background 3" layer:

- Add Bevel and Emboss effect to the "background 4" pattern layer. Layer Fill = 0%.
