интересно , вы это предстовляете , как свободная рассылка приглашений для просмотра дневника , всем подряд пользователям ливинтернета , тех которых мне выдаст местный поисковик.
Или орентироваться на параметры в поиске , и рассылать к дню рожденья пользователя ( к примеру ко всем рожденым 18 декабря)
