Пожалуй, название этого дневника Beati omnes esse volumus (все мы хотим быть счастливыми - лат.) перестало отражать его суть. Последнее время приходится все чаще говорить себе: "Не дождетесь!", "Вьетнамцы не сдаются!" и "Соберись, тряпка!". Ну и вслед за Глорией Гейнер - "I will survive."
Решила переименоваться. Пусть форма соответствует содержанию. Рисовали же, в конце концов, древние греки глаза на бортах своих кораблей. Типпо духов отгонять. Верили. И помогало (якобы, конечно, но эффект плацебо еще никто не отменял)))

И, чтоб вы знали, откуда ноги растут у всех этих фраз:

1. Одесса. По улице идет старый-старый сгорбленный Рабинович. Еле плетется. Буквально дышит на ладан. Соседка из окна кричит через улицу:
- Рабинович! И как таки Ваше здоровье?
- Не дождетесь!

2. Вьетнам. Война. Два окопа друг напротив друга, один американский другой вьетнамский. Американский:
- Вьтнамцы, вы проиграли, сдавайтесь!
Вьетнамский:
- Вьетнамцы не сдаются! (автоматная очередь)
- Вьетнамцы, сдавайтесь!
- Вьетнамцы не сдаются! (граната летит в американский окоп)
затишье
- Вьетнамцы, сдавайтесь!!!
- Вьетнамцы не сдаются! Карпенко, снаряды!
