actually I'm not very eager to critisize or judge her, not eager and not ready...
she's been ... mmm... actually not my idol... not the very apt word... to be exact I'll say that I've always liked her a lot. and in her songs I've always found exactly what I was feeling at this or that moment of my life, her songs have always been a kinda reflection of my heart. and from album to album it seemed to me that I myself was changing really like she herself and her songs.
maybe that was the reason for me to finally go to her Moscow concert. I would have never forgiven myself if I had missed it...
it was really a circus...because of acrobats, clowns, gymnasts, tricks and all that... a crazy circus ... because of a croud always moving on the stage, everything glittering, sparkling, shining, because of unexpected appearing and disappearing, because of her crazy songs... but it was a circus for only a bunch of freaks, who really was able to get in her message - everybody else was shocked, but remained unmoved and uninterested...
the show. the show was fabulous, magic, unbelievable. it's very difficult to describe it - one should have been there. the lights, the movements of everything around the stage, circus tricks, video effects - gosh, it was gorgeous! at the very beginning you really feel you're in a circus, then things start moving and changing, and you feel taken somewhere in a miraculous world, where everything is possible and there are no borders and rules. the dancers were awesome - I really like the choreography of this type, and they all did a great job. I liked the fact that everything was unpredictable, and you couldn't tell what was going to happen next, how people were appearing and disappearing on stage from nowhere, how colouring was changing, how decorations were used. what I extremely liked was the stylisation of one of the songs for an oriental dance with very beautiful asian costumesand when she was flying over the stage on a huge umbrella.
I was impressed to hear not only new songs, but also songs from other albums including Boys, Breathe on Me, Toxic, I'm a slave 4 u, and even Baby,one more time... it was a very nostalgic feeling for me to hear all this now.
I'm not going to say things, which are being discissed in the inet now, no way
I'll just say that if it is her final comeback, if she's gonna fight, if she's really gonna continue her fight, I'm very-very happy for her. I won't say I wanna see her as she once was, no, I wanna see a new Britney Spears, a grown-up lady, who's gone though a real hell, but returned, experienced and wise.
