1. Duplicate your base and set to Screen (Opacity: it's depends on your image).
2. Duplicate your base and drag on the top of your layers and set to Soft Light (Opacity: it's depends on your image).
next this duplicate layer^^ use Gaugassian Blur. 1,0px.
3. Hue/Saturation: 0, +12, 0.
4. Color Balance:
Midtones: -43, -20, +17
Shadows: -6, -8, +19
Hightlights: -21, -6, -23
5. Brightness/Contrast: +8, +16.
6. Mixer Channel
Red:
+78
+6
+12
Blue:
-32
+48
+100
7. Duplicate your base and drag on the top of your layers and set to Soft Light (it's depends on your image).
8. Sharpen.
