This Naruto Shippuden OVA (Original Video Animation) was given to the first 5,000 people who bought a newly released Naruto T-Shirt. The OVA, which is 6 minutes in total, shows glimpses of Naruto and Sasuke having what could be their final fight (however, if you read the manga, this is not very likely) whilst showing flashbacks of everything they have been through.
