Tassels
Make 4 of each color
Cut 2 (8-inch) lengths of yarn; lay 1 length across top of cardboard.
Wrap single strand 20 times around cardboard over 8-inch length at top; tie 8-inch length at top into tight knot. Cut bottom edge of tassel open.
Wrap 2nd 8-inch length around tassel approximately 3/4 inch from top; tie tightly and weave ends into center of tassel. Trim tassel to desired length.
With ends of first 8-inch length at top of tassel, tie tassel to ch-4 sp at tip of matching color panel.
